Booking Appointments

To ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled session, please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment time. For your convenience and to secure your booking, our online system requires a credit card on file to confirm your acceptance of our cancellation policy. Please note that your card will only be charged in the event of a policy violation. We understand that plans change, so you may reschedule your appointment at no cost, provided the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. To assist with your planning, an automated reminder will be sent 48 hours before your visit, ensuring you have ample time to make any necessary adjustments to your schedule.

Guidelines

To ensure your visit is as seamless as possible, please take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Walk ins: While we welcome walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed. To secure your preferred time and ensure a therapist is ready for you, we encourage the use of our online booking system for your convenience.
  2. Hot Stone Scheduling: Due to the specific preparation and cleanup requirements involved in a Hot Stone Massage, these sessions cannot be booked online. Please schedule this service directly with your therapist in person or via email to ensure all equipment is prepared for your arrival.
  3. Minor Policy (Manhattan City Ordinance): We are pleased to offer services to minors in compliance with local regulations. If the minor holds a valid driver’s license, a parent or guardian is only required to sign the initial intake and liability forms; thereafter, the minor may attend appointments independently. All other minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian within the facility, Preferably for their presence in the treatment room during the session.
